Terms of Service

These terms are a general set of booking conditions for GG LOGISTICS and are not legal advice.

Agreement

These Terms apply to removal and related services provided by GG LOGISTICS (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“you”, “customer”). By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide local and interstate removals, office relocations, packing/unpacking, and specialised handling (including balcony lift services where applicable).

Quotes and bookings

  • Quote basis: Quotes are based on the information you provide (addresses, access, stairs/lifts, item volume, dates). If details change, the price and/or timing may change.
  • Deposit: A booking deposit of $200 may be required to secure a date/time.
  • Scheduling: Arrival windows and completion times are estimates and can vary due to traffic, access restrictions, building rules, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is accepted via PayID transfer or cash.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancellation: Minimum 48 hours notice is required. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited.
  • Rescheduling: Subject to availability and may require updated pricing depending on dates and scope.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about items, access, parking, lifts, stairs, and any time constraints.
  • Ensure safe access at pickup and delivery locations (including building approvals where required).
  • Secure or remove fragile/valuable items you do not want moved unless specifically agreed.
  • Tell us about any special handling needs (fragile, oversized, very heavy items, tight access).

Insurance and liability

  • We maintain business insurance including public liability, goods in transit, and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
  • Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and may depend on the nature of the goods, packaging, and the information provided.
  • If there is an issue, notify us as soon as possible so we can review and assist with next steps (including insurer processes where applicable).

Prohibited / dangerous goods

You must not include illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, or otherwise dangerous goods unless we have expressly agreed in writing and all legal requirements are met.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
